Anchor Digital is a digital strategy and business development studio. We design, build, and maintain custom websites for athletes, nonprofits, and businesses. Every site is coded from scratch for the client it belongs to.
The role
- Build client websites from our project briefs and Anchor's design and build standards.
- Use AI tools throughout your workflow to work fast without lowering quality.
- Deliver work through a shared GitHub repository. We review, request revisions, and deploy.
- Meet agreed project deadlines. Anchor handles all client communication.
- Typical project: a standard site of up to about five pages, built over 1 to 2 weeks.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- AI proficiency: comfortable using AI in your workflow.
- Reliably meets deadlines and flags problems early.
- Strong attention to detail and openness to feedback.
Preferred
- A design background, through coursework, a portfolio, or personal projects.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and GitHub.
Pay
$750
per completed site
Paid in two installments of $375 per project. Work is project-based, with no set hours.
Developers are independent contractors (1099). No taxes are withheld, and a W-9 is required before the first payment.
